Debbie is definitely the real estate agent that you want working with you when you are buying a home. From the first time I contacted her, she was willing and able to have all of our meetings and visits to houses based around my work schedule. As someone who wanted to take as little time off of work as possible during the home buying process, this was very important to me. She really listened to what I wanted in a home, and helped me to evaluate how well the houses that I saw met my needs. As a first time buyer, it was so reassuring to work with Debbie, as she was always on top of all the details.
Debbie also had an eye for details when we visited houses, so I never had to worry about following a checklist of all the things the buyer is supposed to look for, I just had to write down all the issues she was noticing for me. Debbie was there at the inspection when I made an offer, something that not everyone will do for you.Since there is a limited amount of time to request that the repairs are made, you want Debbie working with you, as she knew what needed to be done, contacted the seller´s agent about the issues and made sure I got my request in on time. It was 30 days from the time I first called Debbie to when we were sitting at the signing table for my closing. I know that having Debbie working with me to help me find the house that was right for me was a big part of how I am now the owner of my new home.
